Healing & Reconnecting
Somatic sexology is a field that explores the intersection of the body, sexuality, and personal experience. It involves therapeutic or educational practices that focus on integrating the body, mind, and emotions to address sexual issues, enhance pleasure, and promote personal growth. It often includes somatic (body-based) practices, education about anatomy and physiology, breathwork, movement, mindfulness, and other techniques to help individuals develop a deeper understanding and connection with their sexuality. Somatic sexology aims to address sexual concerns, improve intimacy, and support individuals in exploring and understanding their sexual selves in a holistic and embodied way.
