The focus of this class is abdominal (i.e. six-pack) muscle fitness. Whether you are planning on getting pregnant, just had a baby, or simply want to get in shape you will reap great benefits. Sessions are one-on-one, 50 minutes long, and are customized for each client. Therapeutic exercise is infused with mat and reformer Pilates for effective results.
Clients with diastasis recti (i.e. abdominal muscle separation) are also welcome. The sooner you begin exercising after childbirth the quicker your recovery will be from stretched and separated abdominals. Proven techniques in combination with Kinesio-taping will be utilized to correct diastasis recti.
